Setter Bags identified a need among frequent business travelers for luggage to address theft and convenience issues. Traditional luggage lacked features to alert users of potential theft or remind them if they left their bags behind, leading to security concerns.

The task was to develop a solution incorporating IoT into luggage design and a user-friendly mobile app. The objective was to offer cutting-edge security features, such as theft alerts and smart locks, alongside travel-enhancing conveniences like interior lighting and push notifications.
𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
As leader of the 3-members app design and development team, I coordinated efforts closely with the product team to understand technical specifications and user experience goals. Brainstorming sessions generated innovative ideas for features like real-time luggage tracking and reminders to grab their bags. I oversaw UI design, ensuring an intuitive interface, and facilitated communication between teams throughout development to address challenges promptly.
