The loyalty program has three stages. Each one gives access to a distinct package of bonuses, including giveaways, discounts on products and services, and exclusive promotions.

Samsonite, a global leader in travel solutions, necessitated the strategic development of a comprehensive loyalty program and marketing automation platform for automated, targeted messaging across multiple channels, such as e-mail, SMS, and push notifications.


𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸

Oversee, from concept to launch, the creation of an integrated solution targetting brand loyalty. Facilitate third-party integrations and manage relationships with vendors.


𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

As the product manager, I spearheaded a five-member team through the ideation, design, development, and implementation of third-party integrations. It involved defining technical requirements for complex external integrations and managing collaborations with external partners.

Leveraging my leadership skills, I fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration, enabling the team to overcome challenges and deliver on ambitious project goals.

The project's outcome redefined customer engagement for Samsonite. The intuitive loyalty program and robust marketing automation platform empowered the brand to strengthen customer relationships and drive repeat business.

The loyalty program calculates and allocates tier status to each customer, enabling personalized benefit packages, which solidified Samsonite's position as a leader in the travel solutions industry. Additionally, the app facilitates new products and campaigns to reach the brand's loyal customer base and facilitates in-store services.
