Origens Bio, a health-eating brand, sought to streamline its e-commerce operations to keep pace with growing online sales.

The goal was to minimize manual intervention in the online store's logistics and improve operational efficiency.


𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

As the project manager, I led a four-member team and managed vendor relationships to define technical requirements and execute the API integrations for the online store.

By syncing the store with the accounting software, we enabled real-time updates for prices and stock levels, automated invoice generation, and simplified the creation of new products. Products added to the accounting system were automatically generated as drafts in the store, requiring minimal admin input before publishing.

After the initial delivery, we consistently released high-quality software updates, staying within budget. I guided product development, design, and copywriting to create a conversion-optimized user interface. We launched a content strategy to drive organic traffic featuring recipes and fitness articles. We introduced user-centric features like back-in-stock notifications and a wishlist, while an ambassador program helped increase brand visibility. Implementing a powerful promotion tool and a loyalty points system also increased sales and customer retention.

The project significantly sped up product launches and order fulfillment without expanding the team. Subsequent updates drove organic traffic, enabled more hostile promotion tactics, encouraged customer loyalty, and achieved six-figure sales within two years.
