MedFlash, a freemium e-learning platform for medicine, sought to enhance its user experience for medical students and professionals after successfully launching its MVP.

The goal was to identify pain points, create a growth-focused roadmap, and gain market share through an improved learning experience.

As the product manager, I led a 7-member team to redesign, develop, migrate data, integrate APIs, and QA of the admin dashboard and mobile applications.
We started by redesigning the apps' interface and revamping the admin dashboard, followed by data migration and integrations with Ifthenpay and InvoiceXpress for easy payment and invoicing.
Then, we worked on transitioning into a subscription model with recurring payments via Stripe and PayPal and incorporating video content and custom practice exams. The admin dashboard received upgraded tools, including a .cvs file content import feature, ensuring efficient content management. Additionally, we launched a dedicated landing page to highlight the benefits of the Premium membership.

The collaboration resulted in a transformative update for the e-learning platform.
