Lenny Niemeyer Europe, a prestigious luxury beachwear brand, recognized the opportunity for growth and sought a new e-commerce platform to elevate its sales.

Oversee the design and development of the online store with outstanding attention to detail while delivering on challenging time constraints.

𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

As product manager, I spearheaded a team of four members through the design, development, and data migration from the previous online store. With conversion rates in mind, we favored features such as the wishlist, newsletter subscription, back-in-stock notifications, and Brexit-related features to adapt to evolving market dynamics. Later iterations included functionalities like zoom-in for product details and discount code mechanisms.

I built outstanding relationships with the stakeholders through transparent and ongoing dialogue and excellent timely software increments. Through meticulous risk management, attention to detail, and superb QA, we streamlined operations and updates without inconveniencing customers.
