Lenny Niemeyer Europe, a prestigious luxury beachwear brand, sought to elevate its e-commerce platform to match the elegance of its in-store experience. With an upcoming collection launch, the brand aimed to improve online sales and solidify its position in the European market.

As product manager, I led a 4-member team through the design, development, API integration, data migration, and QA testing of the new e-commerce platform. Given the tight timeline, we prioritized conversion-driving features such as wishlist functionality, newsletter sign-ups, and back-in-stock notifications. We also included Brexit-related adaptations to navigate shifting market conditions. Subsequent iterations addressed customer pain points, like zoom-in for product details, enhanced search and filtering capabilities, discount code mechanisms, and numerous UI enhancements.
I built outstanding relationships with the stakeholders through transparent and ongoing dialogue and excellent timely software increments. Through meticulous risk management, attention to detail, and superb QA, we launched software updates without inconveniencing customers.
