As the Marketing Project Manager, I adopted a comprehensive strategy to enhance revenue: expanding our audience, increasing conversion rates, and fostering repeat purchases.
To broaden our reach, we diversified our social media strategy. In addition to our regular Instagram posts and stories, we introduced a weekly reel, which we reposted on TikTok.
I ensured our weekly newsletters and blog posts remained engaging and relevant, employing MailChimp for email marketing and Drupal for the blog.
I optimized the online store's user journey to improve conversion rates, resulting in fewer abandoned carts, as tracked through Google Analytics.
I spearheaded multi-channel digital campaigns for seven product launches and two major sales promotions. It included Meta retargeting ads, email marketing, dedicated landing pages, press releases, and plentiful social media content.
Analyzing KPIs for each campaign, I identified areas for improvement and executed revisions to refine our approach.
To encourage repeat shopping, I revamped the packaging and introduced personalization strategies, enhancing the unboxing experience for over 800 customers.
