As product manager, I led a five-member team to design and develop a mobile app solution and delivered high-quality software increments while effectively curbing risk and controlling costs.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁
The launch of the social network marked a significant advancement in the parent-teacher relationships at Externato António Nobre school. Our platform provided a secure environment for over 300 families to stay updated on their children's progress without compromising privacy. We exceeded expectations by delivering prime software within budget constraints, positioning the school as a pioneer in fostering real-time and secure updates between educators and parents.
The mobile app enabled teachers to safely share collective and individual updates through text, image, video, or PDF files, and parents exclusively access content related to their child, receive push notifications for new posts, and filter content for relevance.
In summary, my leadership as product manager at Externato António Nobre demonstrated effective cost management and risk mitigation, resulting in the successful development of a secure closed social media network tailored to the needs of students, parents, and educators.
