The website showcases the trip catalog of the travel agency. The mobile app assists travelers with group chat and group photo gallery, itinerary, emergency contacts, and travel updates.

The travel agency faced significant challenges with its outdated digital presence. Its rudimentary landing page featured PDF printouts of available trips, offering a poor user experience and minimal SEO value. Communication with clients was managed through WhatsApp groups, making information hard to retrieve. Additionally, some destinations restrict the use of WhatsApp.

As the product manager, I led a six-member team through the design, development, and QA of a new website and the agency's first mobile app. The goals were to attract more clients and enhance the experience of the current clients.

I identified the users' needs and used them to define the platform's features and UX. I led the team in designing a modern, user-friendly website that effectively showcased trip information in an SEO-friendly manner. It included replacing the outdated PDF system with dynamic, searchable content, making it easier for potential clients to explore and book trips.

For the app development, I defined the key features that would be most beneficial to clients during their trips. I oversaw the team's work in building the app, ensuring flawless performance of essential features, like the trip schedule, automatic and custom notifications, an interactive itinerary map, and a section with essential trip preparation information. Also, the app featured a group chat function with location-sharing capabilities and a shared photo gallery, creating a more connected and engaging experience for users.

The new website significantly increased the agency's online visibility, driving more organic traffic and improving the conversion rate of potential clients into bookings. The app quickly became an indispensable tool in every trip due to its user-friendly layout and helpful features. This project improved the agency's conversion rate and increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in a rise in new and repeat business.
