Centro Internet Segura aimed to employ a website to promote safe internet use by disseminating information on the subject.

Oversee the design, development, and data migration to the web platform. Risk management is paramount since the platform will receive reports of cyber abuse.

As project manager, I led a four-member team to design, develop, and migrate data to the website.

I fostered collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. We employed an iterative approach to development, delivering high-quality software increments while managing costs effectively.

The launch of the Centro Internet Segura website marked a significant milestone in promoting safe internet use. Besides providing valuable resources, the platform enabled booking cybersecurity lectures and reporting criminal content. We delivered a high-quality solution on time and within budget, thus meeting stakeholders' expectations.
