The goal was to create an engaging web magazine with an effortless browsing experience through their expanding archive.

As the project manager, I led a three-member team through the design, development, and QA phases of the Bússola website. The admin dashboard allows editorial workflow, media repurposing, and publication scheduling, meeting the editorial needs.
By ensuring performance standards—such as speed, accessibility, and responsive design— and including advanced browsing and filtering options, we achieved a neatly organized magazine archive that meets readers' expectations.
