BioSync, a start-up offering SaaS solutions, aimed to provide service providers with a versatile Order Management System (OMS) tailored for small businesses. As a new entrant in the market, BioSync needed a robust admin dashboard and mobile apps to manage and streamline orders effectively across various industries.

As the project manager, I led a five-member team through the design, development, and QA of the admin dashboard and mobile apps. The goal was to create a user-friendly and scalable platform that small businesses want to adopt.

I led the team in designing an intuitive admin dashboard that provided comprehensive order management capabilities, including order tracking, customer management, and reporting tools.
For the mobile apps, the focus was on user experience and accessibility. With real-time notifications and order updates, the apps allow service providers to manage orders on the go.
