As project manager, I led a three-member team to design and develop the website to meet the NGO's objectives.
I fostered collaboration among team members, emphasizing the importance of delivering high-quality software increments. We employed an iterative approach to feature development, incorporating stakeholder feedback and managing costs effectively throughout the project.
